Toby Plenderleith BSc, MRICS

Toby Plenderleith is an experienced valuer and skilled Chartered Surveyor well-versed in all aspects of professional survey work in the residential market. Toby began his career in Southampton and undertook commercial valuation and landlord and tenant work. Recent years were spent based in Bournemouth and Ringwood in the residential sector. Toby's workload involved residential surveys and valuations in respect of both conventional and period properties to include valuations for matrimonial and tax purposes together with some bank valuations . Toby now runs his own practice and undertakes surveys of residential property and land. He is Member of the RICS and ISVA and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

In his spare time he enjoys cycling and flying his microlight from an airstrip near Salisbury.
